Patient Advocacy Leadership Initiative (PALI) Advisory Council
Allergy & Asthma Network’s PALI Advisory Council provides guidance to help create and advance a community of informed and empowered patient advocates.
PALI Advisory Council members support the program’s mission in the following ways:
- Serves as subject matter experts in the fields of medicine, federal and state health policy, patient advocacy, and community health.
- Supports PALI curriculum development and content review.
- Ensures curriculum feedback prioritizes the perspective and needs of patient advocates.
- Collaborates and engages with fellow Advisory Council members on curriculum content.
- Serves as media spokespersons and supports the promotion and visibility of the PALI program.
The PALI Advisory Council is multi-disciplinary and includes physicians, federal and state health policy experts, patient advocates, and community health organizations with specialized industry knowledge and expertise.
